The launch plan is Aino Bother Solo: one membership for one named user, with Monthly and Yearly simply being two ways of paying for the same full app.

Aino Bother is a membership giving you access to the Aino Bother app on your phone or computer, covering 17 everyday office jobs for a trade business — enquiries, quotes and scopes, updates and changes, payments, reviews and local marketing.

AI is built in. 3,650 successful AI actions are included each membership year — one annual pool, so use it whenever the work comes in. You do not need a separate ChatGPT or other AI subscription to use the app.

Aino Bother Solo is one membership for one named user, with two billing cadences that both give you the same full app: Monthly at £19.95 per month, or Yearly at £199 per year.

New members get one 30-day free trial. The free trial is one per customer account and is shared across Monthly and Yearly, so switching plan, cancelling or rejoining later does not start a second free trial.

Cancelling your membership does not delete your account or your data. Your profile, saved work, job records, quotes, invoices, the follow-up markers you have saved against a quote or invoice, and your cash records all stay in your account, so if you rejoin later everything is still there. Deleting your account or your data is a separate action you have to choose yourself.

If the price changes for a future renewal, we will tell you before that renewal.

3,650 successful AI actions included each membership year. That’s the equivalent of up to 10 successful AI actions every day of the year — but it is one annual pool, so use it whenever the work comes in. A successful first draft counts as one action, and each successful refinement (friendlier, firmer or shorter) counts as another. Attempts that fail do not count, and your account page always shows what you have used. Fair use is intended for one normal trade business. Automated, resold or bulk use is not permitted, and access may be limited where use is clearly outside normal single-business use.

Access is by magic-link sign-in to the email address on your membership.

Aino Bother Solo is for one named user: one person, one login. It is licensed to you personally, and your sign-in details must not be shared or used by anyone else. There are no team seats or shared logins.

Aino Bother provides drafting and administrative support only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, health and safety, technical, engineering or regulatory advice, and it is not a CRM, accounting, job-management or scheduling system.

You supply the facts, check every draft and send it yourself from your own phone. The app never sends anything on your behalf.

You remain responsible for verifying names, dates, amounts, promises, technical, safety and compliance matters, and for the final content of anything you send.

The app is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Features may change or improve, and occasional maintenance, third-party outages or interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Drafting happens on our server using OpenAI. Message drafts from the everyday communication jobs are not kept as a history. Your account, membership and usage details are stored, and so are your optional business profile and — when you use the Job Visit, Quote or Cash In & Out tools — the records you approve, because those features need them. Enter only what the task needs.

A full refund is available on request within 14 calendar days after your first paid payment, and within 14 calendar days after each renewal payment, monthly or yearly. If a refund is made, paid membership access ends when the refund is processed.

Outside that 14-day window we do not promise an automatic part-year or change-of-mind refund. Refunds remain available where required by law, where a charge is duplicated or incorrect, or where we decide a service failure justifies one.

To request a refund, email letters@braeriachpress.com from your membership email address, stating the payment date and that you are asking for a refund.

This commercial refund promise is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. We do not ask you to give up any cooling-off or other statutory right in exchange for immediate access to the app.
